Early bird registration closes on the 14.09.09, all prices are GST inclusive.

Registration Entitlements

• Attendance at all sessions
• Entry to the Welcome Function
• Conference Dinner ticket
• Entry to the exhibition
• Satchel including program
• Morning Tea
• Lunch
• Afternoon Tea

Day registration includes:

• Admission to all conference sessions on the day of registration
• Conference satchel including conference book of proceedings
• Lunch, morning tea and afternoon tea on the day of registration

All Registration Fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax. Registrations made after Wednesday 4 November 2009 must be made onsite at the meeting.

Method of Payment
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received in full. Payments can be made via the following methods:

Credit cards: Mastercard, Visa or American Express

Personal or Company Cheque (Australian delegates only) and made payable to ISPO2009

Cancellation of Registration
Deadline: 11 September 2009
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 12 September 2009 will receive a refund less an AUD $150 administration fee. Cancellations received after 12 September 2009 will not receive a refund. The committee will consider cancellations of registration under exceptional circumstances. Refunds will not be granted on failure of visa application however, substitute delegates will be accepted.
